Drugs more so should never be permitted even in an employees personal life, as the effects of drugs are long term and over long duration of time.

Company workplace health policies and programs should encourage proper and safe sexual health as it is also very much a part of any employees lifestyle. Having sex has a lot of health benefits like boosting the immune system and maintaining a health weight. While there are good sides to sex, there is of course the bad side to having wrong kinds of sex or even inappropriate sex that could be harmful to a person.

Stress is often seen as the byproduct of work and the workplace an employee spends most of his or her life in. Good interior designing is a blend of natural light and colors seeping into the workplace area, thereby creating a harmony between man and nature and thus promoting productivity and creativity of the mind and hands.

A lot of high tech start ups know the importance of good workplace health and it shows in the designs of their offices and working environments.

While there are obviously more complex issues involved, this article basically serves to layout a basic understanding of the health issues discussed. It is the responsibility of the employer to make sure employees are not in harms way when in the working environment. Both the employer and worker gain from good workplace health practices at work and in the workplace.
