Now, if you are looking for something that is totally caffeine free, you are better off with a herbal tea. Now, when we talk about herbal tea, we are not talking about white tea, and green tea, because there are still some amounts of caffeine present in these teas, as it is made from the same leaf that the black tea or decaf tea is made – camellia sinensis.

If you are looking for a tea totally devoid of caffeine you best bet is to get with something like red bush tea, or honey bush tell. They are both totally natural teas and one hundred percent herbal.
